Dr Orhan Ertughrul
Cambridge University - Liberty Global - UCAS - GLAAM
Orhan is a technologist, futurist and entrepreneur. With a Ph.D in Molecular Biology and master's degrees in Biotechnology and Computer Science Orhan has a solid technical background but this is combined with over 25 years in product management, product development and entrepreneurialism.

Orhan managed the product team at Chello (Liberty Global) that rolled out broadband cable internet to most of Europe in the early 2000s. More recently he has managed the investment for clients into a number of pre-seed biosciences companies that now have a valuation in excess of $35M.
​
In recent years he ran the European subsidiary of GLAAM where his team sold and delivered the worlds largest transparent display screen. A programme that he managed on-site as the technical expert and program manager.

Orhan is passionate about technology and product innovation and is well versed in the latest developments in multiple technical fields.
Dr Ho Joon Lee
Cambridge University - JP Morgan - Asia Capital Partners - GLAAM
Ho Joon is a mathematician, Molecular Biologist and Entrepreneur. He worked for eight years with JP Morgan in Hong Kong where he rose rapidly to Senior VP of Research. His specialisms were technology, media, pharmaceuticals, entertainment and telecoms. He was involved in several IPOs.

More recently he was CEO and founder of GLAAM, an innovative media glass manufacturer in Seoul, South Korea. He grew this business to over $40M in annual revenues, his tenure at the company finally concluding with a merger to become Captivision, a NASDAQ listed company.

Ho Joon has also actively raised capital for a number of Biosciences start-ups helping them to find appropriate levels of seed funding.

His visionary approach has positioned him as a key figure in driving innovation within the industry, consistently pushing the boundaries of what's possible in architectural glass design and implementation within built environment particularly with Media glass, BIPV( Building integrated photovoltaics) and Dynamic glass.
Ed Hollingshead

Ed is a deeply experienced crafter of bespoke software code having spent over 40 years coding or running development teams for some of the largest software companies in the world.

At Sega Ed was involved in the development of over 400 games and provided services for the development teams regularly travelling to international locations.

Over the last 20 years Ed has built and run Webboutiques. A successful Oxford based, web development company. The company delivers websites and bespoke web development to over 400 clients. It serves small local companies straight through to large international companies such as Aerogen and Inspiration Marine.

Ed is passionate about well designed and performant code and is a consummate craftsman in his field.

Nigel has nearly four decades of experience in solutions architecture and application development. A vastly experienced professional with skills ranging from Agile software development through to team leadership and programme management.

He's all about technology and organisational enablement, helping companies to become more efficient in utilisation of the systems they already have and helping them to build the new integrations they need to succeed.

At Yellow Pages Nigel's work was integral to ensuring the the systems that supported business operations not only functioned efficiently but also were resilient in disaster recovery scenarios.​

Dr Andrew Blythe

Andrew has been studying, advising and actively resolving issues in the field of cyber security for over 25 years.

He led the cyber defence program for the ministry of defence where he he was responsible for the strategic development and implementation of critical cyber defence initiatives.
​
A greatly respected academic in his field Andrew lectured on the topic of Cyber Security for over 20 years in his position as professor of computer forensics at Mid-Glamorgan University.
​
In recent years Andrew has been working in industry where he formed his own cyber security company that specialised in advising and designing security strategies in highly complex security environments.
​
His work with the UK Cyber Council highlights his involvement in helping to set national standards in cyber security.
